Texture Maximum node

Left Toolbar > Texture icon Texture Nodes > Texture Maximum icon Texture Maximum node

The Texture Maximum node returns the maximum color and opacity of the two input textures.

Procedure

To apply a Texture Maximum:

  1. On the left toolbar choose Texture Nodes > Texture Maximum. Textures icon > Texture Maximum icon

  2. Drag the Texture Maximum icon into the Node Graph.

  3. Adjust the attributes of the Texture Maximum node.

Note

Procedural textures are not displayed in the Image Viewport. To preview procedural images use the Texture Preview window, and to convert them to raster images use the Render Texture node.
