Left Toolbar > Texture Nodes > Texture Select node
The Texture Select node takes 3 textures as input, texture A, texture B and a control texture. Based on the control texture and the threshold values, the Select texture displays texture A, texture B or a mix of texture A and texture B.

The procedural Billow and Perlin textures with a Texture Select and the Voronoi control texture, with a low value of 0.25, high of 0.6 and falloff of 0.2.
On the left toolbar choose Texture Nodes > Texture Select. >
Drag the Texture Select icon into the Node Graph.
Adjust the attributes of the Texture Select node.
Procedural textures are not displayed in the Image Viewport. To preview procedural images use the Texture Preview window, and to convert them to raster images use the Render Texture node.

Low
Defines the low threshold value in the control image.
High
Defines the high threshold value.
Falloff
Defines the falloff or region where the textures A and B are mixed.
